Waller Creek, Austin
In 2014, McCourt Global announced that its real estate venture McCourt Partners had partnered with Austin-based developer the Sutton Company to purchase and develop property along Waller Creek in downtown Austin. Situated on three acres at the corner of Cesar Chavez and Red River along Waller Creek, the Waller Creek project is expected to comprise approximately 1.4 million square feet of office, residential for-lease units, condominium units, a lifestyle hotel, and retail space in three buildings, the tallest of which is expected to exceed 50 floors.
